And the winner is……. Anwar
After watching the debate last night, it is not hard to conclude who the winner is. I have to say that Shabery is of no matched to Anwar. Anwar clearly won the debate hands down. And as expected, Shabery resorted to personal and below the waist attacks like they (UMNO) always do.
I think Shabery Cheek should go and learn some basic economics. He said despite providing subsidies, countries such as Iran and Venezuela still faces inflation. How on earth did he forgets that Iran and Venezuela are facing sanctions?
How can Shabery compare the Malaysian economy with Norway and Finland when their income per capita is 10 times of Malaysia?
I am confused when Shabery said Petronas is a small company that not even rank in the 21 spot among the world’s oil producing company. Later, he contradict the earlier statement when he stressed that Petronas is strong because of UMNO and now it’s drilling activities reaches out to 33 countries over the world. My question is, can Petronas do that if it is small?
While Anwar answered all questions precisely, factually, to the point and without staying away from the original questions, Shabery was beating about the bush, running in circles, talking stories, attacked Anwar personally, and running out of topic on most occasions.

Kalau lah Shabery melambangkan keseluruhan pemimpin kita, nyata kita rakyat begitu lemah memilih pemimpin.
Wallahualam!
shabery said malaysia’s oil production rate and oil reserve are small (not even in the 21 top producing countries like saudi arabia and venezuela). he was not talking about petronas in this statement. so, there’s no contradiction actually.
